An Inter-College Poster-Making and Slogan-Writing Competition was organised by the institution

On the World ozone Day, Kenway College of Education, Abohar Eco Friendly Club under the Aegis of IQAC organised an Inter-College Poster-Making and Slogan-Writing Competition. In addition to this, the quiz and poem recitation competition were also organized. Dr. Chamkaur Singh was the speaker of the day and while talking to the children on World Ozone Day he said that ozone day is celebrated every year. The purpose of celebration is to make people aware about the protection of the ozone layer and its importance. Ozone layer is layer of molecules found in atmosphere which protect sun from the harmful UV Rays of the Sun.In the end, Dr. Susheela Narang , principal of the college said in her message that without ozone layer our life will be in danger so, we are the agents of  environmental change . Let’s join hands to preserve life on this planet by protecting Ozone layer
