Mata Sundri College, University of Delhi Prof. Raj Kumar VC (Panjab University, Chnadigarh) was the main chief guest and in his message, he appreciated this jointly organised program. After that, Dr. Anju Suri (DCDC) initiate the Programme and said that new education policy is to develop moral and professional skills of students with emphasis on school education through mother tongue. Dr. Susheela Narang discussed inclusive education and said that children with disabilities have right to higher and vocational education. Further she explained about section 14.2 and 14 that every institution of higher education has to make proper arrangements facilities for the disabled. Dr. Rakhi thanked all the speakers and concluded this program with the National Anthem.
